I've hardly had time to run two blogs lately, as well as an Etsy store for my
@Home Ninja site, so I've decided to change direction on DealMoms. I'll likely still post bargains as they come up to let everyone know of great deals but I will include more home made items. I'm finding that more and more moms, like myself, are finding other ways to save money by making their own every day items. Whether it be homemade wool dryer balls, crochet swiffer pad, felted hats or repurposed sweater kittens. Generally it's a longer used item, cheaper and friendlier to the environment too.
We mom's need to stick together. What better way than to spread the news of other moms hard at work to make things easier for the rest of us. :) On the right of the page you'll find a link for Binding Threads Embroidery, she's a friend of mine and not only does she have some fantastic items on Etsy (which I will feature here soon) but she will also take any drawing you or your child has made and embroider it by hand for use on a pillow or frame it for your wall to keep forever. I think that's it for now. I'm really excited to start this new page and hope to have more folks watch and follow us as we grow. As usual I have left a few links on the right for Newegg and Musicians Friend, among other things. I've purchased from nearly all of them and I wouldn't put the link up if I didn't trust them.
